This time, the company cooperating with Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Company is a coal mining company located in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. The mining environment is mostly deep below the surface, and the temperature, light, and oxygen are insufficient, not only for mining. The equipment needs power, and the people who work underground also need the support of heating. As a result, Zhengzhou Fangkuai provided it with two 1.4MW vacuum hot water boilers (T6-1400) of the T6 series according to the actual situation and needs of the company, and our company was fully responsible for the configuration of various auxiliary equipment of the boiler.
Product Advantages
The two gas-fired vacuum hot water boilers all use ultra-low nitrogen emission burners, and the nitrogen oxide emissions are directly reduced to below 30mg/Nm³, which truly achieves low pollution in the mining environment. In addition, we have equipped the boiler with a full set of safety protection measures to prevent the occurrence of dangerous accidents. The boiler adopts scientific airflow design, the temperature field in the furnace is uniform, the fuel is completely burned, and the thermal efficiency is as high as 98% during operation. The boiler has a highly sensitive scale detection system, which dynamically monitors the amount of scale accumulation inside the boiler in real time to avoid the reduction of boiler thermal efficiency and the appearance of other critical situations.
